Delivery Information
We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days, but to avoid disappointment, please allow 10 working days.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and a signature is required. As the delivery comes to you via a courier, we cannot book a specific date or time.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging and we will offer you a full refund.
We will not pay return postage unless faulty. Please allow up to 28 days for the credit to appear on your account.
