Delivery Times:
If goods are in stock, we endeavour to ship out all orders by the following business day. If we are out of stock you will be advised by return. We will not charge your card if the goods are not in stock except for special orders.

There is a greater risk of slipping with increased sole wear. Exposure to solvents, oils and animal fats can swell the rubber and increase the risk of slipping. Our boots have a very high content of natural rubber latex, to which some people are allergic.

Our Returns Policy:

You may return an order for any reason within 14 days.  The goods must be in their original packaging, unworn and in good saleable condition. Goods returned that have been used or damaged will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. If possible notify us of returns - we cannot refund items that are lost in transit. 

Gumleaf boots are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase. This is not a guarantee against wear and tear, improper fitting/sizing or misuse of our products. Damage or faults such as rips, tears, burns and holes are not covered under the terms of our warranty policy.

In the event that your rubber footwear fails or is damaged due to a manufacturing or material defect, please return it with valid proof of purchase for evaluation. All footwear must be cleaned thoroughly before being returned for evaluation. If we deem the product to be faulty, we will assess whether to repair the item or replace it. If a repair or exchange is not possible, we will give you a refund. If in our opinion, the goods you have returned to us are not faulty, we will reject the warranty claim and return the goods to you in the same condition that we received them. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If returning goods from outside UK please mark the goods as “RETURNED UK GOODS” and affix the appropriate customs form. Failure to do this could lead to Customs Duties being incurred and charged to your account.
